Instructions for the UAE:
The estimated time to get your order up to 3 to 4 business days depends on the city you live in.
We are dealing with a local delivery company called "Al Barq Express"
The standard delivery cost is 30 AED. May be raise till 50 AED if your from far area.

Instructions for the Gulf Countries:
Minimum shipping cost is 60 AED, and based on your weight the cost will raise.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
While ensuring that your rights are protected in the simplest terms.
Certainly, if you are not satisfied with your purchases and the items you requested through our website, you have the full right within 7 days from the date of receipt either to return the purchases for a refund or to replace them with other products.
If you receive a product that is different from what you requested or is not usable due to a malfunction or deficiency or is not as advertised, you have the right to return it or replace it, and we will arrange the order for you under the following conditions:

Terms of return for cash refund:
- You can request a return of purchases within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- The product to be returned should be in its condition as received and in its own box.
