Can I place an order from Instagram or Twitter?Yes you can (: You can place an order from Instagram and Twitter direct, from WhatsApp and we prefer to order from website.

What if I change my mind after the order has been placed?Will we all change our minds from time to time. If you change your mind about a product after you've placed your order, you can contact us through email, WhatsApp or Instagram to take un action for it. Be aware that the item cant be change after it has been shipped.

Can I completely cancel my order?If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Your order can only be canceled before it is prepared for shipping. If you canceled your order after its been shipped to you, you will be charged for the shipping cost !.

Will I receive confirmation that my order has been successfully placed?Of course! We make sure we keep you fully informed throughout the ordering process. As soon as your order has been processed, we'll send you an email confirming all the order details.

What are my payment options when I place an order online?For orders from UAE you have three options: 1- Cash on delivery COD 2- PayPal 3- Bank transfer For the Gulf, only we accept payment through PayPal

What countries do you deliver to?We are primary from UAE, so we deliver to all over UAE. Also we deliver to Gulf countries ( Saudi Arabi, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait )

What are the standard delivery charge?For shipping in UAE the standard delivery is 30Dhs, and it may be around 50DHs for the far areas. For shipping to the Gulf countries, the minimum shipping cost is 60Dhs, and it may rise based on the weight of the items.

How long it will take for to receive my orders?Around 3 to 4 business days in UAE For Gulf countries it will take around 6 to 8 days.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?Yes you can, but make sure that 1- You can request a return of purchases within 7 days of receipt of the product. 2- The product to be returned should be in its condition as received and in its own box.

Can I change or cancel an order?Yes you can, simply contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram or email and let us know that you would like to change or cancel an existing order and we will take care of the rest for you. Please be aware that you can only update the order before it is shipped or prepared for collection.

If my product is damaged will you arrange for it to be repaired?Yes, but be aware to contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram or email directly within 12 hours if you receive a product that has malfunction or deficiency, otherwise Crank Store has the right to refuse a return or replacement request.

My product has arrived damaged - can I get a replacement?We take extra care to ensure that your product reaches you in the best possible condition, so if it doesn't, we need to know about it. If your item is damaged when it arrives, please let us know within 12 hours of receiving it by contacting us through WhatsApp, Instagram or email.
